Damn the stupid bread that falls in the oven!!!!!!!!!!

Before you pitch your yeast, proof it in some warm water with sugar. If it bubbles then there's nothing wrong with your yeast. Bread can fall for a number of reasons. If your yeast tests out ok, try a different recipe.

I used yeast for a year and it bubbled in the water, but made terrible bread. Got new yeast and started making great bread.I think the yeast can be weak and still bubble in sugar water.
